Booking Policies

We currently have a two-night booking minimum up until 14 days prior to your stay. Please give us a call to discuss your booking and we will see what flexibility we may have for one-night stays with booking dates beyond 14-days out. Room pricing varies depending on season.

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late Checkout Hours: 1:00 PM

Late Checkout Fee: USD 30.00

Cancelation Policies

We understand plans can change, so if you need to cancel or adjust your reservation, please keep in mind the following:

• Free Cancellation up to 7 days before your stay. No questions asked!
• Within 7 Days: If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, we'll need to keep your first night's deposit.
• Within 3 Days: Cancel within 3 days, and we'll need to charge you for the full stay.
